Regarding “La Jolla board seeks ideas and more money for Scripps Park grass replacement,” April 3, La Jolla Light):
How about going back to what worked in the good old days?:
1. Functioning watering systems
2. Fertilizing
3. Lawn mowing
4. Maintenance!
