Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, Billie Eilish, Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Earth, Wind & Fire are just some of the artists who will perform at FireAid, the Jan. 30 benefit concert being held at Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome and Kia Forum to raise funds for victims of the wildfires that have devastated a wide swath of Los Angeles county.
Also set to perform are Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani, Jelly Roll, Katy Perry, Gracie Abrams, Lil Baby, Rod Stewart, Pink, Sting, Tate McRae, and Stephen Stills. In addition, Dave Matthews and John Mayer will perform together. Additional acts will be announced soon.
The fundraising concert is being aimed at a far larger audience than the 18,000 capacity of the 17,500 capacity Kia Forum and the Intuit Dome, the latter of which is the home of the Los Angeles Clippers NBA team. The concert will be broadcast at select AMC Theatres and on YouTube, the Amazon Music Channel on Twitch, Prime Video, Spotify, SiriusXM, iHeartRadio, Apple Music and the Apple TV App, Max, KTLA+, Netflix/Tudom, Paramount+, SoundCloud, and Veeps.
Tickets will go on sale at ticketmaster.com at noon on Wednesday, Jan. 22.
Proceeds from the concert will go towards a 501c3 created for FireAid that will focus on rebuilding infrastructure, ing displaced families and advancing fire prevention technologies and strategies to help Los Angeles be better prepared for any future fire emergencies. This concert is being produced by Shelli and Irving Azoff and their family, in conjunction with Live Nation and AEG Presents.
On Wednesday, the Eagles — the band which has been managed since the early 1970s by Irving Azoff — pledged $2,5 million to FireAid.
